Well a positive way to look at this, can you believe im about to be positive, is that the trade account for the buy backs can buy more shares cheaper thus reducing the ss quicker.

You are SPOT on. A RS in the land of OTC or most stocks, especially a "sub penny" is the kiss of death. On the other hand, based on today's PR and the recent ETrade account news, a buy back at an 80% discount (today's price point) has a MUCH greater benefit to shareholders. The problem is, MOST shareholders lack the business knowledge to understand what the CEO just told them. Which of course is very profitable to the folks who understand what is going on behind the curtain.
