"No official Merck–NWBO partnership exists on paper."

Ah yes, the duffy argument. 5 years ago I heard about duffy and this same argument.

I pray for it to happen, but until the ink is signed, I don't believe it. After all, "all BP brings to the table is a checkbook".

“The Captain Tuttle Vector”!!! The whole thing reads like a bad Area 57 novel. The diet doc sure writes flowery columns, I’ll give him that. He’s the new savior just like Chrissy L was.. Where is the Duff? Where’s the paper trail?…the pictures?…the presentations?…the man? 🤷🏻‍♂️.

This makes a great argument for a Merck NWBO partnership and-or buyout, but is a facility of this size needed if a hub and spoke model evolved in the US.
I suspect that it's possible that this could be the North American hub, and spokes could extend into Canada on the North, and down to Central America on the South without building out the full capacity of Winterfell.

Question: If Merck expended resources (money and people) to build WP (for DCVax) they must have had some form of agreement to limit the risk. So the question is: Why would they not extend a helping hand submitting the paperwork for approval? Also, why wouldn't they help financially?

IMO, although it is nice to fantasize about WP being built for DCVax, I just don't see it.
