The filing is ... unclear .... as it notes the filing is to report a correction to overall holdings ..... and it is somewhat unclear if there is a new buy in there. I certainly wouldn't be surprised if he were buying as well and the Form 4 just doesn't spell it out well. Usually if there is a PP it includes warrants .... this doesn't say that either ..... and the price I'm not sure is valid for the number of shares reported as a recent buy ... (nowhere near that much has traded recent).
And if you did purchase after Maggiore buys you would have caught some of the larger upticks in the stock over time. It is just a matter of whether you sold. And that is why folks like Weazel and I post trades here on this stock because it is still high risk and not "investable" ....... until it is.
