johnnyt.... Firstly, the respect is mutual. On your points, I basically agree with everything you stated.

However, where is the money coming from to support "other business...moving forward"? How can they build anything without parts? What vendor would give them open account knowing that they are in "partial" Receivership? Cash in advance is the only way I would do business with Cyberlux. They don't even have money to pay employees (as it been disclosed in court filings). Their credit score has to be horrendous.

What happened to Aaron Goodman who was an officer of the company and sat on the board? What happened to Bill M. who was the sales mastermind for Cyberlux, especially on the Daetron business in California? Retired ex-military Anderson has also joined Cyclops, a company that Bill M. founded.

It seems to me that people--very good people--are leaving the Cyberlux team because of all the legal problems the company is facing.

Having said that, I am not saying that there is not a trade here, but my long-term prospect for the company is bleak. I am, however, still a shareholder.

I am sticking with a million dollars or less revenue projection for Q3. Let's see if they announce anything else at time of filing.
