This; .. As well JP Morgan is lowering interest rates...a shot in the ass for RE and consumer goods especially autos that have a huge pent up demand. Average car on the road is 13 years old ....considered super sluggish... lots of buying this end of 2025 with 2026 looking to be a super banner year.

lj: U just had to bring up Wendy's, didn't you, Vern. Just HAAAD to do it.
I bought WEN last year, 1K shares with a fantastic dividend yield, at about $19 a share. Currently, in the $8-9 range.
Wendy's "biggie boxes" slay the competition, imo. Wendy's problem is far too few locations and their drive-thru setup.
Order at the display and pay the person who hands U your food. Slower process.
Taco Bell has the same setup, but they are fast.
