That should be fucking criminal. Unbelievable this is such a solid business in terms of the fundamentals. Who was stupid enough to agree to these terms is my question. Or perhaps they just didn’t give a shit because they would be long gone by the time the damage occurs. Brito and team need to renegotiate and kill this shit asap. No reason this can’t go parabolic once these toxic notes are resolved.

I don't believe that for a minute...if there are 100 billion shares to be issued to convert conversions there is no way in God's earth will this will ever be debt free by 2027 and no way will we ever make it to the Nasdaq.

Per their last filing if all of the debt converts to equity there is more than 100 Billion shares to be issued.
