were you expecting anything different when CLNV failed to deliver the appropriate documents back in August, let alone back in April? How do you miss 44 pages of content when filing a permit... as an environmental attorney of all things.

Apparently, when Dan said the attorney said he could get this done in "days," he really meant "months" LOL
