When does that licensing agreement expire? It's been 25 years...
UCLA is the inventor and holder of the IP for DCVax. Licensing agreements aren't forever, neither are patents.

But there are already USPTO approved patents for dendritic cell vaccines for many indications -- NOT UCLA or NWBO. UCLA has other patents that are not licensed to NWBO, use other techniques for preparing different dendritic vaccine.
