AND MOST NEVER COMPLETED THE LOI's , MOA's, MOU's......Well said....a lot of these OTC's always PR things they never complete. Like you said they just go silent and you never hear about the deal again. Its was refreshing to see a CEO pull this aquisition off in a few weeks...
