Chico, yesterday's S-3ASR IS the creation of a new shelf that does not have an upper limit. Last years S-3 created a shelf worth up to $200 million. How much is left on that shelf doesn't matter since the new one will meet their needs, no matter how many shares they need to create or how much money they need to raise.
