Appreciated monocle! So they have about $24m on the old S-3 & now unlimited via this new S-3ASR? Wow..!!! That does indeed open the door for (#1-#3) & then some.... at higher Stock pricing $ = less dilution. Front row seats with popcorn indeed! =)
So 37m shares +/- saying 45m have been issued = $175 If they issue 20m more at $10? that's $200m?
