This is where we agree to disagree and I KNOW you're a BIG enough individual to handle that disagreement (NOT LIKE SOME HERE)

Class K's 1/40 of $ $37.50 per K's(shares) = payments
Class 19 P's = x(100 shares) x $1500(face) = $150,000


Seeing as though the K's ""WERE MARKETED AS A """ DIRECT SUBSET""" of THE P's at a 40/1 ratio as you noted (Class K's 1/40 of $ $37.50 per K's(shares) = payments ) to allow smaller investors to as well participate, one might conclude as I do that they would do the conversion of 40/1 for every K to then be a P's as you yourself indicated they are 1/40th of a p

When the company put out it's 8K and PR about the matrix it READ COMMON EQUITY and PREFERRED EQUITY...................................................................
Had the been planning on having MULTIPLE preferred such as P's and K's the PR and 8K would have read PREFERRED EQUITIES
but they did NOT refer to more than one type of preferred, but a single one..
