$NWBO looks like shareholders are starting to give in and realize there has to be a change in leadership. Can't come soon enough.

All the NW guys we have talked to always said that the weaker of the 7 MMs will likely settle earlier. The guy(s) with thebiggert pockets might fight longer. The MMs are probably not monolithic. Maybe NW will offer the first to fold a less painful settlement.
