You love the internet. Lots of recipes out there.

I use mine for salmon quite a bit. It also makes killer roast and baked potatoes.
Egg rolls are a common lunch cooked in ours.
It sucks for broccoli.

Print off a chart like below and tinker with the times. They all cook different.

Don't spray oil into it, and clean gently.
