MHRA already told one or two of the posters recently that they won’t wait for new regulations or frameworks to be finalized. If the data is convincing they will approve.
Just think about this logically. If the data was really convincing in a highly unmet disease, holding off an approval for an efficacious and safe therapy is extremely damaging. No regulatory agency would do that!
Snap out of denial! I wouldn’t trust DennisDave poster. He has been coming up with all kinds of theories to justify the delay.
