This last AI summary of Lightwave future financial needs appears disconnected from my understanding of what Yves is planning to do via material licensing of Perkinamine (some technical/device support as is going on now....for PICs) to these large Tier-1 companies who will bridge together all the manufaturing and packaging processes, as Foundaries will make money, packaging companies and transceiver sellers will make money, and the first Hyperscale DC buyers will be competitively ahead of the "pack" based on Lightwave's polymer performance compared to the more expensive, higher voltage, and much larger footprint (up to 200x!) inside the transceiver EO PIC! Yes and just a short time ago the CFO and CEO said they are done raising money. The problem though, is that they bend over for their investor MMCAP and dilute the crap out of their longstanding and loyal investors. MMCAP likely has already recouped most of their $75 million investment this week and will hang onto the free warrants.

Whenever you see paid YouTube stock promo videos, know that a raise is coming. I suppose that’s the lesson I’ve learned there. And this week’s price action is a result of catching fire on WallStreetBets. Pretty crazy.
