IF they could 'quietly' buy them back at an AVERAGE of
.006/sh? (10x increase in todays price)

They could get a BILLION shares for $6 Million

Then eliminate the 500 Million 'authorized'
but not 'issued' (yet)..

Be a good start (smile)

But what happens I suspect will rely on how much in
LOIs or other 'committed' sources of money they can
get..
