😎 Read between the lines. And what is required to sell shares? Trump owns warrants, not shares. Trump must switch to the NYSE in advance...Yes... in the worst case, he decides not to do anything... but I don't expect that. Everyone has to decide for themselves what is likely. It's the stock market!

You are correct.. They are all walking around the elephant in the room.. They say IPO, billions, blah blah blah, but nothing about current shareholder or why its not a SPO and called an IPO etc.. Devil is in the details
