Reading between the lines, and anyone can see whatever they want. We have key figures like Pulte, Bessent, and Lutnick all afraid to say the word shareholder. The longer this indecision continues leads me to believe that they are trying to bilk as much from the companies as possible. If they weren't, how hard would it be to push out an amendment to the stock purchase agreement stating warrants to be converted and senior preferred/liquidation preference deemed repaid.
