Big difference between “knowing” it’s a scam, and citing actual and correct reasons for it.

You have a 50% chance of being correct, even when all your reasoning is fabricated as you do, and/or is false or incorrect as mostly you are.

Even right now, you cite something you misunderstand. 9.2.2 has zero to do with a breach of contract.

Additionally, you kept citing the court cases yet you wouldn’t read the filings to know what occurred nor what was occurring, where you misinterpreted titles of documents and insisted Xeriant’s attorneys were just filing to waste time, which to you (and only you) proved Xeriant a scam.

The reason you’re here all these years is to prove you’re right.

But hilariously you’re near always wrong as you assert claims in support that you are right.

It’s easy to decide a right/wrong scam/no scam side, with fantastic minimum 50/50 odds of being correct. It’s just near every of your claims have been and are wrong. Funny really. Crazy, kinda. Maganut for sure!

The reason you’re here all these years is because you think you lost.

You think you were tricked by Duffy: you could have sold for a much higher profit, but because Fluffy the Duffy tricked you, as he has tricked everyone, you waited to sell as the XERI share price fell from its $0.4999 high to where you finally did sell and sold for a handsome profit but at a lower price than at the $0.50 top…

…after previously you first loaded-up on what you knew was a scam.

You knew it was a scam, though previously a different scam.

Yet you’ve been arguing “it’s a scam” as if you’re altruistic and doing good… yet you profiting, knowing the whole time it was a scam.

Weird!

As the new Xeriant got going you then thought maybe it wasn’t. You got tricked, and you “lost” potential profit you could have taken had you not been duped by Duffy’s story.

All because you got scammed to believe after XERI had fallen from its top… where you could have sold… darn it… if only… as you like to blame everyone else but yourself… if only you could have sold for a much larger profit.

Sadly, you’re near always wrong in your support of your claims.

FACT!

_______

Now here comes Xeriant with Nexboard.

You're functionally illiterate when it comes to reading contracts!
