It doesnt. What i was commenting on was how a DMC recommendation to continue a trial was spun into a "great chance of positive outcome" by mgt. That seems quite a reach unless there was non-verbal signals given. If MIssling had tried that, the daytrader shorts here would have blown a gasket.
