1) RDAR does not get any shares of Spectral Capital Corporation only Telvantis shareholders do when the deal completes,

Had to go over the precise wording(s) in Term Sheet & pull some SOS records. When combined w/ what has been verified as to be kind misrepresentations by corporate / management aka blatant lies to shareholders & the investing public it raised a couple possibilities / questions I'll try to summarize below..

Sunbiz shows Telvantis Voice Services, Inc. as a Florida profit corporation, active, document P20000072185, with officers Daniel Contreras (Dir/CEO) and Daniel Gilcher (Dir/CFO). Filing date/registration is 9/9/2020.

RDAR’s OTC disclosure and company filings state that effective Oct 8, 2024, RDAR had a change in control in connection with RDAR’s acquisition(s) of Telvantis Voice Services, Inc. (formerly Mexedia, Inc.) i.e., RDAR claims it acquired Telvantis.

If Telvantis is (now) wholly owned by RDAR (i.e., RDAR is the sole or majority shareholder of Telvantis):

The seller in the Spectral / Telvantis transaction would be Telvantis’s shareholder(s) if RDAR is that shareholder, then RDAR (the corporate owner) would be the recipient of the Spectral consideration, not RDAR retail shareholders directly. In short: Spectral would pay the owner of Telvantis which could be RDAR as a company not RDAR’s public shareholders automatically.
