The cost for IPO is significantly higher your right about that. But if you own a company you feel is way undervalued the extra thousands that the IPO cost is peanuts compared to the gain in market cap if your able to find the investors to pay it. If you can get valued properly and go straight for uplist then ya makes most sense. If not then you go for gold and try IPO. About a year ago I had an email response from Mitch and he said the goal was to either uplist or ipo. I thought an ipo isn’t even possible as it’s already a public company. So I thought why does he even think he can do that. So I looked into the process and he can do it. It would involve having to totally delist from the OTC. Then it can be done like any other IPO. And sure I’d rather they hit the QB first and get there organically then small reverse split but I’m not sure that’s realistic. Do I know what’s actually gonna happen. That’s a hard no I’m guessing like any of us. Just to me I feel if they had any intentions of going to QB first they woulda did that already. Time will tell. Either way we’re all gonna make some good money here.

We intend to finalize q1 to q3 over the next few weeks with the ultimate goal of filing for NYSE IPO or uplist.
