Yes the PANSS, BACS, and CGI scores have been omitted. This is not something you want to see, and it means they are very likely not stat-sig. The safety and tolerability data is strong (re-affirming the years ago phase 1), and there are apparently "encouraging trends" with some biomarkers, though no data. Hopefully stat-sig, or close. We'll see eventually. Disappointing, but not surprising as an investor since the company had stopped mentioning the trial. This program may fade like Rett, at least for a while.
For a muscarinic modulator, though, tolerability is important. If we can find efficacy in some indication, 3-71 can be viable.
As for your friends' Cassava comparisons, that's over-reacting.
