submitted per the rules of procedure.

That’s why any documentation is submitted ahead of time.

The Judge isn’t looking to drag this thing out.

Brugg submits what he has with the complaint and Tony answers ahead of the hearing.

That’s the process.

The hearing is probably scheduled for 30 mins at the most and the Judge should be familiar with any and all arguments beforehand.
