Would welcome a statement from management (beyond the boilerplate jargon) as to the timing / strategy of this raise.

In round numbers they just sold 25% of the company for $70 million bucks. Anybody who has seen Shark Tank will know what Big Pharma is going to say if they are talking about a full acquisition. Strategically they are babes in the woods here, unfortunately.

Agreed. Despite my frustration, I just purchased more shares this AM @ $10 because I still believe Jay will create long term shareholder value for me.
