They didn’t list a price for the offering, just that it would be $50 million,

This likely suggests they’d consider a deal where they cover part of the development costs in order to keep a larger share of the upside.

Not thrilled. Jay said last winter they were pursuing a partnership in “earnest” - he needs to close a deal ASAP. Understand the rationale to bolster leverage but two things. First, they should’ve been ready yesterday. Second, a Ph 3 is very expensive so would have done enough to send message we don’t need a partner. The silver lining in this may be decision to utilize a three-headed monster to sell the shares.
