Not to beat a dead horse and of course realizing it would not affect OLC, this guy Tidmarsh posted his comment on a non-govt site, shortly thereafter deleted it and replaced it with another note saying that the original post reflected his personal views and not the views of HHS or FDA and that all official guidance or comments are made through official channels. And, then, deleted that comment. Not sure I can put my finger on a proper description, but it just doesn't seem to sit right with me.
