Yes, Grok says $30 to $45 is possible in 2027, so it aligns with your $30 by end of 2026. IMO when housing cycle turns drastically, even $40 in 2026 is feasible.

Not certain but I’m feeling $40-$45 by end of 2027. But that’s a feeling and based on some things I have read …do you own dd and best of luck.
