The registration is not tied to the postal address but to the account held with the broker or bank.

I personally experienced this issue when my former bank was sold and a new institution took over its operations. As a result, all links to my new bank were severed. My final COOP distribution ended up in an escrow/sub-account at the old bank, and it took the new bank several months of searching before they were able to locate the shares.

stoxjox, just so you know, I am NOT a lawyer. However, if you READ my ENTIRE post that starts with, "Verified Legal Process Used To Return Wealth To" in the headline, this will explain the entire process on how this was and is handled.

Sounds like to me you should be fine, as ALL of our information now resides with Paladin until it dissolves between now and later in the year 2026, but we should have our wealth by then.

IMHO THE DTCC amd YOUR BROKER KNOW WHO and WHERE you are if you have kept them updated and NOT CHANGE BROKERS, only my opinion but, think it is a valid opinion....................
