Unless you compare it to an ECA that is artificially depressed because of the trials chosen to be included. Biopsies are a lot less successful (Several of the ECA trials) than total resections (DCVax-L trial) as far as survival is concerned. It's a biased comparison when ECA has lesser screening criteria than DCVax-L's P3.
