Always follow the money. The question that needs to be asked is; is the deal being “SOLD” to people (I don’t care what people, big funds, foreign swf programs, large investors, whatever) OR; is the deal being “BOUGHT” buy people. There IS a difference.

bidding up the average price of the trading prices of fannie and freddie recently in theory can lead to less dilution when spspa converts assuming some sort of market price conversion; and this is how they can get a meme stonk pump to result in a few higher dollars worth of intrinsic value from if there wasn't a pump; for instance; what would have been like $2.50 is now like $6-7; because the conversion price was higher because it turned into a meme stonk;

similarly amc has been able to sell stock to investors who bid up the price beyond its intrinsic value; but this time; there's 95% dilution so..
