Well, there’s the $50M ATM the warrant holders, and likely some quiet private holders under 5% not needing to report. I’d think they all want some security. I’ve always believed there are some in the background calling shots not just LP. I think the lock on her and the others options have more to do with that than Jerry’s belief it has to do with needing them to cover the outstanding count. Management just isn't running the company like they have real ownership, IMO.
