Apparently, DBMM is missing some reporting requirements to be listed as straight "OTCID". They have been relegated to the "Pink Limited TM Market".
To qualify for the OTCID Tier, issuers must:
1.Submit unaudited financial disclosures via OTCIQ or EDGAR, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow data
2.Verify and maintain a current company profile on the OTCIQ platform, with annual updates to executive and structural information
3.Engage a registered Transfer Agent enrolled in OTC Markets’ Verified Shares Program to ensure accurate shareholder recordkeeping
4.Prove operational legitimacy by demonstrating that the company is not a shell or blank check entity, and has a valid business model or revenue plan
While audited financials are strongly encouraged under the OTCID framework, they are not mandatory. Instead, companies must submit balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements—either on a quarterly or annual basis—accompanied by management certifications
.
Because the "Yield" sign is on there, they are missing one of the requirements.
Limited or no disclosure: The company has not made sufficient or timely information publicly available. This includes limited or nonexistent financial information and other disclosures. Non-compliant reporting: The company has not certified its compliance with OTC Markets' established reporting standards.
