here you go again claiming the FDA knows the capabilities of NWBO and DCVax. provide a link proving that. if the FDA knew of a drug that cure cancer and did nothing that would be a scandal. the same could be said about the MHRA.
No, NWBO COULDN'T file with the FDA because they knew they'd be rejected. FDA didn't reject NWBO, they said they WOULD reject them if they filed. So NWBO didn't file. That's how it works and is working.
