I one time had few warrants of a stock which were worth over $100. However few weeks before the exercise date they were trading for few dollars. Then they started moving to eight. I asked my brokers but just did not get the information in time about their worth. I sold them for about $ 8,00 each and later I realized the real value. I tried to buy them but just could not buy a single warrant and next thing I knew they were trading at $100. 00. I learnt my lesson.
Please do not worry about what price FNMA and FMCC are trading at. If you sell at this price and then expect to buy again, it will not happen. We know the real value and it is best not to worry about today's price drop.
