Looks like the 100 MILLION new shares DBMM quietly dumped between Aug ’24 (825M OS) and May ’25 (925M OS).

Add in another 165M from convertibles + 106M from Series 1 Preferred and you’re staring at ~1.2 BILLION fully diluted. That’s why you see bizarre prints at 0.00135 (retail can’t even trade that) it’s toxic noteholders unloading.

Poor little jet, we all know you want DBMM stock to go down and want that DBMM goes bankrupt , you and 20+ naked basher minions want that. But it is not happening, keep on trying everyday, 24/7/365. Working so hard you must be very tired, frustrated, angry, anxious etc etc. Feel so sorry for you guys. Short squeeze will come when you least expect it, maybe DBMM board might have already approved the Preferred Share Dividend. Remember it will come like lightning when you least expect it ARE YOU READY!!!!!!! lol !!!!
