Well yes... the phrasing certainly hints that they know approval was in the cards, IMO; and so either they were sloppy when writing it because of what it telegraphs, or at this point in the process, they felt comfortable writing it in that manner.
So now I'm looking forward to Fall 2025, since Fall 2024 turned out to be pretty uneventful, lol.
