The company will be pretty much done as soon as they announce an increase in authorized share count. When I say done, it does not mean company will go bankrupt, it simply will continue to create all time lows and there will be no institutional or big pharma partners ever. And therefore no exit potential in the future. Endless dilution in pennies will continue for years and another generation of bag holders will be created while shorts and LP’s financiers continue to make a ton of money.
No successful company takes 5 years or longer from data lock to not apply to the US FDA (over 50% of the world’s immunotherapy cancer market and the most profitable by far). And the worst part is there is no guidance either from the company! ;)
