Mark A. Smith said NioCorp will vertically integrate scandium from mine to manufacturing. IBC Advanced Alloys has the metallurgy/manufacturing skills and room for expansion in Franklin, IN. Jim Sims said they are discussing a couple of paths forward for IBC in Washington DC. One may be Cu-Ni master alloy production. The other may well be Al-Sc production/manufacturing.
