Is IBC still a part of Niocorp's scandium alloy plans? The ingot that was cast in 2023 did not come from IBC and the part of the company that had been working on such alloys was shuttered last year. Did they retain any of the employees with the necessary expertise? Any of the equipment? When was the last time Mark publicly mentioned at the two companies together?
The markets surely senses something is coming for Niocorp, but there are no such signs at IBC.
