It is called a post phase 3 meeting with the FDA which nwbo failed to reveal the result. But you can assume 7 years later given no FDA submission or even plans to submit, that it wasn't good. That is called a failure to disclose material information.

Look at the monstrosity of a trial.....I can't blame the fda either for not wanting to accept that garbage.

I got snake oil to sell you if you think the fda didn't tell them to pound sand with that joke of trial.

That's why they pay you to respond to each and every hygro post... because it is true. Can't reveal that the fda told nwbo to pound sand.....got shares to dilute, advent to pay for, salaries..........forget spending money to design a proper phase 3 trial...

Prove me wrong -- Why wouldn't NWBO file in the U.S.?? They claim they have the data and the manufacturing resources, but here we are two more years after the UK filing and they STILL haven't filed in the U.S. with the FDA. Evidence is clear, NWBO knows they won't get approved by the FDA or they would have jumped at the chance and filed as soon as possible. GSK, UK's leading BP, says they do 2% of their revenue in the UK and 52% in the U.S. Why would any biotech prioritize the UK when it is such a small market. Sorry, the proof is NWBO's inaction in even attempting to file in the U.S.
