So would increasing to 3 Billion shares, and then good luck raising money at 18 cents per share and up-listing to a real exchange at that price per share. !!!
A 1:40, which would bring a $10 stock price and tons of room to raise money at $5.00.
They could not care less about current SHs. Just look at the 1:240 (combined) reverse split results already recorded.
If you take the $6 IPO price and multiply it by 240, you will get $1,440.00 per share, which is the adjusted all time high on the ALL TIME chart... Check my math, if you will.
The goal of management is to keep raising money, keep taking shots on goal and stay in business, not what the SHs think.
Without a RS , this gig is over. IMO
