@ImTC I think Amprius has close to 19M outstanding warrants. I think that their current shelf offering will carry them another year and that at some point in the next year, they will receive another >$220M in warrant exercise cash proceeds while still only having about 150M outstanding shares (less than most tech startups, far less than most battery startups).
I am very interested to see what they do with that big influx of warrant cash in 2026/7. Build out Colorado plant? Bank it?
I hope that some time next year, they have zero debt, no warrants left on the books, $200M+ in cash from warrant exercising, and are just about turning profitable due to scaling SiCore. That will be a sweet position for them to be in.
2026 could be a great year for this company (and its investors).
