I can tell you everything. I edited his crappy book about the Eastern Shore. He never paid me. He kept saying I would get paid when he got money from the Reg A, then Reg D. My company, Shore Sports was supposed to get 8.7m of the Reg D to build an Interactive Game/Sport Bar facility. He is supposedly going to try to file for 75m after the Reg. D. From that, SS was supposed to get 20m to build an indoor/outdoor pports complex and an farm to table restaurant where the old mill in Centreville is. I busted my ass for 4 years helping him and creating business plans for him to file the Reg D. I havent heard from him in about a month. He is a con. A narcissist. A fraud. There is a special place in hell for people like Troy Lowman.
