Major threat in my opinion.
The bad news is one could pop a pill, lose weight while preserving memory/brain volume (have your virtual cake and not eat it too).
The good news is the drop-out rate is very high among former users (although it could be down the road before that is perceived as a problem for AD).
While they're not the only player, I'm building a large position in NVO as I believe we're still in the early innings of something big.
I do believe Anavex will find some success, and I hate agree with He who loves the sound of his own voice, but I also feel we've dragged our feet for far too long.
A3-71 may be a game changer if it is as powerful as some suggest.
