Looking at the S+P 500 chart over many decades, the obvious conclusion is that the broader market is indeed rigged -- to the UPSIDE :o) While there are periodic bear markets, the S+P 500 has always recovered and continued its upward trajectory.

So logic says that Rbl100 should just stick to the S+P 500, and this would make the rigged penny stock arena moot.
