#237688 RE: Griff35 #237687

No one has all of the answers. In an earlier post I posted a few of my opinions. One was I believe Yian needs to concentrate all of their energy and attention on the upcoming production speculated for Apple and other high end customers and not on the orders of low end low volume customers.

To protect his investment in LQMT. LL needed to find another source to fulfill existing and new orders. Thus LMAH. Other reasons thrown out was to avoid ccp control as they moved in on Eontec and LL moved out or reduced his presence.

Another reason would make it easier for LL and LQMT to account for parts made and $$$ earned.

Yian may not have the capacity to handle future growth as speculated.

One thing is known. Nowhere in the last LQMT 8k are CE PARTS mentioned. Everything else from soup to nuts are. The only negative is the structure of the ownership breakdown. 70/30.

I am sure anyone can come up with more reasons.

My bet is on LL’s control, his ability to attract new customers for LQMT to improve his own stake in the company and on the possibility of LQMT receiving about $12 to & 18 million dollars from Eontec as speculatied from the LQMT/Eontec agreement whenever Apple decides to order certain parts.

I always thought given the geo political friction and USA restrictions of doing business with China, that a secondary facility in LQMT’s footprint would have been more beneficial to LQMT.

But what the heck do i know?
We wait!
I can only hope the machines at the LMAH get a hell of a lot more use out of LQMT contracts then the ones at Yian .
