jsc52033, if you go to "Issuance History" in the Quarterly Report, you will see a schedule that lists the changes in shares outstanding and the reason for each issuance. Most of the shares issued were for "Note conversion" and the last four issuances were for Services, which totaled 10,750,000 shares.
Those shares for services are restricted and the four people that received the shares decided they were better off taking BMXI shares than cash. IMO
