According to the SRI, LLDAS, and DORIS (2021) criteria, among twenty subjects with a follow-up exceeding twelve months, the SRI response rate was 95%, the LLDAS response rate was 70%, and the DORIS remission rate was 60%. Subjects achieving DORIS remission, with the longest follow-up exceeding twenty-four months, sustained remission without relapse. All subjects demonstrated significant and sustained improvement in SLEDAI and PGA scores, with no instances of relapse.

Phase one trials are ongoing in relapsed/refractory immune nephropathy (N=36), moderate to severe refractory SLE (N=36), refractory primary immune thrombocytopenia (N=9), refractory antisynthetase antibody syndrome and rheumatoid arthritis (N=24), relapsed/refractory B-cell related autoimmune diseases (N=15), and relapsed/refractory autoimmune diseases (N=72).
